Product Descriptions
We try really hard to ensure the product photographs we take accurately represent the colours and finishes that we see. Unfortunately the internet then gets involved! It’s well known that different web browsers, devices and screens display colours and light levels a little differently. Please do bear this in mind if the item looks a little different upon arrival in your home. We’ve done our very best for you.
Lots of our products are designed to have hand-made, rustic, distressed or weathered finishes. Please appreciate these for their uniqueness, rather than see them as flaws or blemishes. If we don’t think such a ‘feature’ should be there, we won’t sell you that particular item. Many items are hand-made, so please also remember that the item you receive is not going to be an exact copy of the item we photographed. Unless you are lucky enough to receive the one that modelled for us. On that note, nearly all of the photographs that you see on our website are taken by us, in our madhouse. Again, we've done our best!
Product descriptions are given to the best of our knowledge at the time of publication. Materials and finishes are often not specified by the supplier, but our suppliers work to European product quality standards. That said, our products are decorative goods and not toys, so please use your discretion with small items that might be licked or chewed by children or pets. All sizes given are approximate.
Candles
Need we say this? Please don’t leave candles, tea lights, or other products that carry a naked flame unattended. Once you’ve lit it, keep an eye on it and always make sure it's thoroughly extinguished when you've finished with it.
Payment Currency and Prices
All prices shown are correct at the time of publication and are in UK pounds sterling. Prices may be changed without prior notice.
Postage, Packing and Delivery
We charge just £4.95 for delivery anywhere in mainland UK. Spend over £100 and delivery is free.
You are welcome to collect your order and avoid delivery charges, by appointment, from our Crediton office. Simply tick the ‘local collection’ option at the checkout and we will contact you once your order has been received. We don’t currently post overseas, but you are welcome to contact us for a shipping estimate.
We aim to despatch all orders within 3-5 working days (Mon-Fri). Orders received over the weekend or on bank holidays will be processed next working day.
Orders are sent via Royal Mail or courier and are tracked for your peace of mind. We carefully pack each order and photograph the parcel before it leaves us.
Please allow up to 10 days for delivery, especially during the current coronavirus situation.
Damages
If your order has been damaged in transit, please send photographic evidence of the damaged item(s) and the packaging. All damages must be reported via email to hello@withloveiris.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery. The original delivery label and packaging must be retained whilst we investigate what has gone wrong.
Returns
We hope that you’ll love our products as much as we do. But, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may request a return for refund. Requests must be made via email to returns@withloveiris.co.uk within 2 days of delivery. We will process your return provided that items are clearly unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as you received them. We cannot offer a refund if this is not the case. You are responsible for the return postage cost unless items are faulty or have been damaged in transit to you. We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting when making a return. Please also remember that we are a small family business, so try to only buy things you are going to love!
Recycling
At With Love Iris, we want to do our best for the environment, so we only purchase recyclable cardboard boxes, brown paper rolls, wood wool and tissue paper to send out your orders.
We also try to reuse as much of the packaging we receive as we can. We believe that if we have been sent things using plastic or bubble wrap, we should try to keep it moving on rather than being dumped on landfill, so if you receive a parcel with plastic or bubble wrap from us, please rest assured it was not purchased by us in the first instance, REUSE it yourself and keep it moving forward! Thank you.
Your items may not always arrive in a brand new shipping box, but they will always be carefully and lovingly wrapped.
